SPILLICON VALLEY, CALIFORNIA - The Apples just keep on coming from Spillicon Valley, and this new product has the tech world on the edge of its seat. The Honey Crisp Apple, developed by Spillicon Valley's largest Apple orchard, Ted Unemployes, has soared through the sales roof, breaking the previous pre-order record set by the Fuji Apple. The Honey Crisp Apple is widely acknowledged for its crisp taste and its tartiness, favored by horses and insects in the northwestern regions.

However, a new lawsuit has been filed against Unemployes orchards due to Honey Crisp Apple's supposed resemblance to the patented Honeycrisp Apple developed in Minnesota.

"The Honey Crisp Apple and the Honeycrisp Apple are the same Apples!" exclaimed an indignant Poppy McMurphy, the developer of the Honeycrisp Apple in Minnesota. "Why doesn't anyone see this?"

Unemployes argues that the Honey Crisp Apple has no similarity to the Honeycrisp Apple, claiming that while the Honeycrisp Apple was entirely for profit, the Honey Crisp Apple will be donating 1% of its revenue to the homeless shelters.

The case is up for grabs as juries are selected, and Judge Sharky Shark is rumored to be the case's judge. This case is the case of the century, as it very well may determine the outcome of the new and advanced Honey Crisp Apple that has people mesmerized.
